14-day Money Back Guarantee Return & Refund Policies
Nebulyft devices can be returned within 14-days after the product is successfully delivered.
If you received your product damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return.
Malfunctions caused by manufacturing issues or shipping, Nebulyft will be responsible for your return shipping charges. Otherwise, any charges incurred will be deducted from total refund.
We are only able to issue refunds for Nebulyft products purchased directly from nebulyft.com. Once the returned item is received, your purchase will be refunded.
Nebulyft soothing gel is consumable and is therefore considered non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refused Orders
Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their Nebulyft orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed. Please email Nebulyft Customer Service for return instructions: firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Nebulyft device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Nebulyft plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.
Nebulyft devices purchased directly from nebulyft.com come with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of the original purchase of the device. Only the original purchaser is entitled to the protections of this warranty. We will require you to prove that you are the original purchaser by having you provide your invoice or receipt from the purchase of the Nebulyft devices.
Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does NOT cover any deteriorations subject to fair wear and tear, or damage caused by an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions. Any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty.
Malfunctions caused by manufacturing issues, Nebulyft will be responsible for replace or repair and all shipping charges. We will fix your device unless we decide it needs to be replaced, in which case we will send a new product, free of charge. If the device is damaged by human factors, you will be responsible for the cost of repair and return shipping.
Please be aware that if your Nebulyft device was purchased from any unauthorized locations, the product may be counterfeit, defective, and possibly harmful to use. Nebulyft will not take any responsibility or warranty any products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
Return & Replacement Procedure
Please make sure your Nebulyft device was purchased directly from nebulyft.com and was purchased within 1 year.
Return items must be shipped to Nebulyft designated shipping address. If you would like to have the device(s) returned, replaced or repaired, please email Nebulyft Customer Service: email@example.com along with the information below:

Once your request has been confirmed, you will be given a full instruction on the procedures including all the shipping information. For return services, refund will be issued within 5-10 business days once the product is received.
Nebulyft cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your Nebulyft from anywhere other than nebulyft.com, you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.
Ensure product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Nebulyft.
In no event shall Nebulyft be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use or charges for substitute equipment) regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based even if Nebulyft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that the remedies set forth in this warranty are held to fail of their essential purpose or if Nebulyft is held to be liable for damages on the basis of any legal theory, in no event shall Nebulyft’s liability for damages exceed the wholesale price of a single unit of the device as of the date that the cause of action accrues. You assume all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to you and your property and to others and their property arising out of the use or misuse of, or inability to use, the device except to the extent caused directly by the negligence of Nebulyft.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, so the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you.
